Ingredients
- 150 g couscous
- 2 handfuls of lamb's lettuce
- 1 avocado
- 100 g cooked chickpeas
- Some steamed broccoli and cauliflower
- 2 tablespoons lettuce seeds, 2 tablespoons olives
- Dressing:
2 tbsp tahini, 1/2 lemon, 1 tbsp soy sauce, 2 tbsp olive oil, 1 tbsp organic:HEMP OIL, 2 tbsp agave syrup, 2 tbsp organic:WINE VINEGAR, 50-100 ml water, 2 tbsp natural yoghurt - green:ANGEL Detox Power Trunk:
1 ML green:ANGEL, 100 ml orange juice, 100 ml water (per glass)
Here's how it's done:
- Bring 150 ml of water to the boil. Put the couscous in a bowl and pour the boiling water over it, stir and leave to stand for 10 minutes. Then season with salt.
- For the dressing, mix all ingredients and then arrange the couscous with all other ingredients and the dressing in two bowls and serve.
- For your detox power drink, simply shake all ingredients and pour into a glass.
