Ingredients
- 1 can of chickpeas
- 80 g peanut butter
- 110 g date:SUGAR
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 2 tablespoons choco:MAGIC
- 100 ml oat milk
- 1 handful of chopped peanuts
- Sugar-free chocolate drops (optional)
Here's how it's done:
- Drain the chickpeas through a sieve and mix with all other ingredients except the chopped nuts and/or chocolate drops.
- Fold in chopped nuts and/or chocolate drops.
- Using a tablespoon, place about 12 heaps of dough onto a baking tray lined with baking paper and press them flat.
- Bake at 180° C top / bottom heat for approx. 18 minutes until light brown.
