Ingredients
- 1 cup Crispy organic HEMP SEEDS (unpeeled)
- 1 cup organic BUCKWHEAT
- 1 cup of fine:COCOA BUTTER
- 1 cup of fine:COCOA BEANS (ground)
- 1 cup of fine:COCOA POWDER (deoiled)
- 3 tbsp (25 g) choco:MAGIC
- 1/2 cup agave syrup
Here's how it's done:
- Roast the hemp seeds and buckwheat over low to medium heat until fragrant.
- Melt cocoa butter over a water bath. (Caution: no water should come into contact with the butter)
- Mix all powders.
- Mix the melted cocoa butter with natural sweetener as desired into the powder mix.
- Fold in the roasted seeds and spread the mixture quickly and thinly on a baking tray lined with baking paper.
- Depending on the amount, you may need to use a second baking tray so that the chocolate can be spread out very thinly.
