Ingredients

  • 1 cup Crispy organic HEMP SEEDS (unpeeled)
  • 1 cup organic BUCKWHEAT
  • 1 cup of fine:COCOA BUTTER
  • 1 cup of fine:COCOA BEANS (ground)
  • 1 cup of fine:COCOA POWDER (deoiled)
  • 3 tbsp (25 g) choco:MAGIC
  • 1/2 cup agave syrup


Here's how it's done:

  1. Roast the hemp seeds and buckwheat over low to medium heat until fragrant.
  2. Melt cocoa butter over a water bath. (Caution: no water should come into contact with the butter)
  3. Mix all powders.
  4. Mix the melted cocoa butter with natural sweetener as desired into the powder mix.
  5. Fold in the roasted seeds and spread the mixture quickly and thinly on a baking tray lined with baking paper.
  6. Depending on the amount, you may need to use a second baking tray so that the chocolate can be spread out very thinly.
