Ingredients - 3 people

  • 2 cups coconut milk
  • 2 ML jamu:MAGIC
  • 3 tablespoons chia seeds
  • 1-2 tablespoons maple syrup
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract

Topping:

  • 1 cup coconut yogurt
  • fresh berries

Here's how it's done:

  1. Mix coconut milk with 1-2 tablespoons of syrup, vanilla extract and 2 ml of jamu:MAGIC.
  2. Stir in 3 tablespoons of chia seeds, let it rest for 10 minutes, stir again and place in the fridge for 1-2 hours until the mixture has set nicely.
  3. In 3 glasses, alternate a layer of chia pudding and a layer of coconut yoghurt.
  4. Garnish with fresh berries and enjoy.
