Ingredients
- 250 g pumpkin puree
- 1 banana
- 180 g oat flakes
- 80 g apple sauce
- 2 tablespoons almond butter
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 3 tablespoons date:SUGAR
- 1 pinch of salt
- 2 teaspoons of cream of tartar baking powder
- 1 tbsp organic: APPLE BALSAMIC VINEGAR
- For the apple sauce: 3 tablespoons apple sauce, 1 ml jamu:MAGIC
Here's how it's done:
- To make homemade pumpkin puree, simply cut a small Hokkaido pumpkin into wedges with the skin on, place in the oven at 180° for 20 minutes and puree finely with a little oil.
- Then simply put all the ingredients into a high-performance blender and mix well.
- Finally, mix in the apple cider vinegar and baking powder.
- Spread into a loaf pan and bake at 180° for 40-45 minutes.
- Serve with jamu apple sauce.
