Here's how it's done:
To make homemade pumpkin puree, simply cut a small Hokkaido pumpkin into wedges with the skin on, place in the oven at 180° for 20 minutes and puree finely with a little oil.
Then simply put all the ingredients into a high-performance blender and mix well.
Finally, mix in the apple cider vinegar and baking powder.
Spread into a loaf pan and bake at 180° for 40-45 minutes.
