Ingredients - 4 people

  • 1 can chickpeas (or 1 cup chickpeas soaked overnight)
  • 1 tablespoon tahini
  • salt and spices
  • 4 ml jamu:MAGIC
  • 1-2 tablespoons olive oil

For variant 2 additionally:

  • 5 dried tomatoes
  • finely chopped garden herbs
  • 1 clove of garlic
  • 5-8 pitted black olives

Here's how it's done:

  1. Steam the chickpeas until soft. Put all the ingredients in a blender and mix until creamy. If the mixture is too thick, add a little olive oil or plant milk.
  2. Grilled vegetables (seasonally available) as a topping.
