Ingredients - 2 people

  • 3 carrots
  • 1 small zucchini
  • 200 g broccoli
  • 100 g peas
  • 100 g green beans
  • 1 onion, 1 garlic clove
  • 2 tablespoons oil, 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 200 ml coconut milk
  • 2-3 ML jamu:MAGIC
  • freshly ground pepper
  • 1 untreated lime
  • parsley or coriander for garnish

Here's how it's done:

  1. Wash and peel the carrots and cut into pieces. Wash the broccoli and cut into florets. Defrost the peas and beans.
  2. Heat the oil in a wok or pan and sauté the onion and garlic. Add the soy sauce, carrots and broccoli and fry for about 2 minutes, stirring. Add the peas and beans and fry for another 2 minutes.
  3. Deglaze with coconut milk and simmer gently for about 8 minutes.
  4. Stir in jamu:MAGIC and let simmer briefly again.
  5. Season with salt and pepper and serve garnished with lime slices and herbs.
