  • 80 g oat flour (gluten-free)
  • 80 g almond:PROTEIN PORRIDGE
  • 20 g almond butter
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • pinch of salt
  • 1 teaspoon cream of tartar powder
  • approx. 300 ml almond milk (may vary slightly depending on the amount of dry ingredients)
  • As an alternative to almond milk and almond butter, use 300 ml of Oat Barista
  • To sweeten (amount according to desired sweetness) date:SUGAR or erythritol
  • about 10 pitted plums

Here's how it's done:

  1. Mix all dry ingredients together, add almond butter and almond milk and stir until a creamy dough forms. The dough should have a thick but still creamy consistency. Add a little more almond milk or oat flour if necessary.
