Lavender-Heidelberer Chia-pudding

Our delicious lavender-Heideler-chia pudding is not only a real delight, but also a healthy pleasure that is rich in antioxidants and omega-3 fatty acids.

Ingredients

  • 300 ml almond milk
  • 3 tablespoons chia seeds
  • 2 teaspoons lavender flowers
  • 3 tsp organic heidel:BEER powder
  • 1 tablespoon agave syrup
  • 50 g natural yogurt
  • 60 g curd cheese
  • blueberries

Here's how it's done:

  1. Simmer almond milk with lavender flowers in a saucepan for 10 minutes and then allow to cool.
  2. Stir in blueberry powder, agave syrup and chia seeds and leave to swell in the fridge for about 1 hour.
  3. Mix the yoghurt and curd and fold in.
  4. Pour into glasses and serve garnished with fresh blueberries and enjoy.
