Ingredients
- 2-3 heaped tablespoons almond:PROTEIN PORRIDGE blueberry
- 150-200 ml plant milk or milk of your choice
- 1 tablespoon yogurt (optional)
- Topping: fruits and nuts of your choice
Here's how it's done:
- Put the porridge in a bowl and simply mix it with warm or cold milk and leave to stand for 2-3 minutes. Use about 3 times the amount as the porridge thickens considerably. If the consistency is too thick or too thin, simply add a little porridge or milk until you reach the desired consistency.
- Garnish with yoghurt and toppings as desired and enjoy.
Tip: The porridge is also delicious prepared as overnight porridge. To do this, mix with milk as usual and layer in a glass with nuts, fruit and apple sauce. Place in the fridge overnight and enjoy in the morning.
