Did you know that raw cacao chocolate can even be healthy? With this recipe you can make delicious variations yourself in just 10 minutes, combining the natural benefits of raw cacao with other healthy ingredients to create a delicious and nutritious chocolate.

Constitution type:

This recipe is particularly beneficial for high Tripa constitutions. The cooling and slightly sweetening ingredients such as agave syrup and raspberry powder help to balance the Tripa type's internal heat. Cocoa butter and cocoa powder also provide a soothing and nourishing base that harmonizes the energetic Tripa type. Almonds and nuts provide healthy fats and additional nutrients.

Ingredients

  • 1 part fine:COCOA BUTTER
  • 1 part fine: COCOA POWDER fine
  • 1 part fine:COCOA whole, ground
  • 1/2 part agave syrup
  • 1 tablespoon raspberry powder
  • 1 tablespoon of almond pieces or other nuts

Here's how it's done:

  1. Melt cocoa butter over a water bath.
  2. Put the powder in a bowl.
  3. Pour liquid cocoa butter and agave over it and stir with a wooden spoon.
  4. Spread thinly on a sheet of baking paper and immediately sprinkle with almonds and raspberry powder.
  5. Place in the fridge for 10 minutes and the delicious raw cocoa chocolate is ready.

Tip: Instead of the fine cocoa powder, you can alternatively use kids-fit:KAKAO or choco:MAGIC and instead of the raspberry powder you can also use our blueberry, strawberry or maqui powder.
