Ingredients
- 45 g tahini
- 45 g peanut butter
- 40 g organic PUMPKIN SEEDS
- 30 g organic sunflower seeds
- 30 g organic HEMP SEEDS (peeled)
- 50 g dates (pitted)
- 50 g apricots
- 150 ml hot water
- 4 tbsp vegan-carrot:PROTEIN or vegan-redbeet:PROTEIN
- 2 tablespoons pumpkin seed flour
- Topping: pumpkin seeds and unpeeled crispy hemp seeds, 100 g dark chocolate or JOY NATURALS raw cocoa chocolate set.
Here's how it's done:
- Place dried and pitted dates and apricots in 100 ml of hot water.
- After 20 minutes, mix with the soaking water to form a paste.
- Stir in tahini and peanut butter.
- Mix the mixture with all dry ingredients to form a dough.
- Portion this into a silicone bar mold or spread it into a small baking dish (approx. 2 cm high).
- Sprinkle with the toppings and melt the dark chocolate and pour over the bars.
- Refrigerate for at least one hour before enjoying.
