Ingredients
- 1 small cup of chickpeas soaked and cooked or from a jar
- 1 tbsp choco:MAGIC
- 1 tbsp fine:COCOA BEANS ground
- 2 ripe bananas (optionally frozen in pieces)
- 30 g of noble:COCOA BUTTER
- 1/2 cup water
- 1 vanilla pod
- 1 pinch of salt
- cocoa nibs
- Optional for sweetening:
Date syrup, coconut blossom sugar or sweet:ROOT
Here's how it's done:
- Heat cocoa butter in a water bath until it is liquid.
- Rinse the chickpeas and mix with the ripe bananas, liquid cocoa butter, fine cocoa and choco:MAGIC to form a creamy mixture.
- Slowly add water until the cream has the desired consistency.
- Season with vanilla from the pod and a pinch of salt, stir in cocoa nibs and sprinkle on top.
- Place in the fridge for at least an hour and enjoy.
