  • 70 g carob:GEIM PROTEIN
  • 2 tbsp almond:PROTEIN PORRIDGE
  • 1 organic free-range egg or vegan alternative
  • 150 ml Haferbarista
  • 2 apples
  • Some date:SUGAR or other sugar alternative to sprinkle

Here's how it's done:

  1. Beat the egg in a bowl.
  2. Alternately add the oat barista and protein mixture until you get a thick dough. If the dough is too thick, just add a little more barista; if it is too thin, add a little more carob powder.
  3. Wash the apples, remove the core with a corer and cut into slices.
  4. Dip apple slices into the batter and fry briefly in hot oil.
  5. Sprinkle with some date:SUGAR if desired and enjoy.
