  • Lung (Wind Dosha): The velvety consistency and warming ingredients like cocoa, nut butter, and vanilla help balance the often restless and dry lung principle. The semolina cap, in particular, has a calming effect on the nervous system.
  • Tripa (Fire Dosha)Note: Cocoa can stimulate the Tripa element, so this pudding should be enjoyed in moderation. However, the sweet and cooling components like persimmon and oat milk somewhat balance its fiery nature.

Ingredients for 2 servings

  • 2 persimmons
  • 2 tsp kids-fit:CACAO
  • 2 tbsp nut butter (we ship hazelnut butter)

For the semolina topping:

  • 200 ml oat milk
  • 2 tbsp spelt semolina
  • 1 tsp date sugar
  • A pinch of vanilla powder

Here's how it's done:

  1. For the pudding, peel the persimmons and puree them with the kids-fit:CACAO and the nut butter.
  2. Divide the pudding into two glasses and chill.
  3. For the semolina topping, stir the semolina into cold oat milk and bring to a boil while stirring.
  4. Stir in the date sugar and vanilla, let it cool briefly, then beat it with a mixer until fluffy and pour it over the persimmon pudding in the glasses.
  5. Enjoy immediately or chill first, as desired.
