Ingredients
- 1 ripe banana
- 1 small organic free-range egg (optional)
- 4 tablespoons almond:PROTEIN PORRIDGE NATUR
- 2 tablespoons chia seeds
- 100-150 ml Barista
- Some dark chocolate and fresh strawberries
Here's how it's done:

Peel the banana and cut it into small pieces.
- Mix all ingredients in a blender to form a dough.
- If If you prepare the recipe without egg, add a little more barista to the dough.
- Bake in a non-stick pan over medium heat until golden brown.
- Melt dark chocolate and add some Barista. Whisk until creamy.
- Arrange the pancakes on a plate, garnish with chocolate sauce and strawberries and serve and enjoy.
