This recipe offers a delicious and healthy combination of yogurt, chia seeds, almond protein porridge cocoa and fresh blueberries, which are refined with a touch of melted dark chocolate. A special highlight is the addition of no:COFFEE, which gives the whole thing a special touch with vanilla and cardamom and brings health benefits with Mu-Err extract. Preparation is quick and easy, and the result is delicious, refreshing coins that are perfect as a snack or light dessert.

This recipe has a particularly balancing effect for the Lung constitutional type in Tibetan medicine. Lung types tend to be restless and nervous, and the combination of nutrient-rich ingredients such as yogurt and chia seeds as well as the calming effect of blueberries, chocolate and the spices vanilla and cardamom can help to calm the mind and promote a feeling of balance.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup yogurt (natural or blueberry)
  • 1 tablespoon chia seeds
  • 2 tbsp almond:PROTEIN PORRIDGE COCOA
  • 2 measuring spoons no:COFFEE (optional)
  • 1 cup fresh blueberries
  • Some dark chocolate melted

Here's how it's done:

  1. Mix yoghurt with chia seeds, almond porridge, cocoa and 2 ml no:COFFEE.
  2. Add fresh blueberries.
  3. Using two teaspoons, dip portions into the melted chocolate and place in the freezer for 20-30 minutes.
  4. When the coins are nice and firm, enjoy.
