This recipe is balanced for Lung-Tripa and Beken types. The mixture of carob:GERM PROTEN, cinnamon, salt and psyllium husks provides a good source of nutrients and fiber that are beneficial for all constitutional types. The use of edel:COCOA BUTTER and edel:COCOA BEANS provides a rich cocoa note and provides antioxidants. The popped amaranth, chopped walnuts or hazelnuts and sour cherries or cranberries provide a pleasant texture and additional nutrients. The addition of agave syrup and almond or peanut butter gives a pleasant sweetness and binds the ingredients together. Ingredients

  • 40 g carob:GEIM PROTEN
  • 2 tsp cinnamon
  • 1 pinch of salt
  • 1 tbsp psyllium husks (fine)
  • 115 g of noble:COCOA BUTTER
  • 100 g popped amaranth
  • 40 g fine:COCOA BEANS whole, ground
  • 100 g chopped walnuts or hazelnuts
  • 100 g sour cherries or cranberries
  • 1/2 cup agave syrup
  • 2 tablespoons almond or peanut butter

Here's how it's done:

  1. Mix all dry ingredients.
  2. cocoa butter Melt in a pot over a water bath and add Pour agave syrup over the dry mixture and mix well.
  3. Press the mixture flat on a baking tray between two sheets of baking paper to a thickness of approx. 1 cm.
  4. Chill for 15 minutes and then cut into pieces.
